Michelle Brasserie, with its elegant atmosphere and delicious lunch offerings, has become a beloved meeting point in Istanbul. Inspired by the charm of French cuisine, Michelle first opened its doors in early 2018 at Vadistanbul.

With the growing appreciation and interest of its guests over time, Michelle took a significant step in its expansion journey by opening its second branch at Tema Istanbul in 2025. Aiming to offer new experiences through diverse concepts, Michelle continues to take its culinary journey one step further.

Michelle Brasserie’s distinctive kitchen is a place where passion for food meets hard work. As we never cease to try, we are a team that believes in always doing better. Starting out as a couple of words in a menu, our food exceeds its meaning into flavorful feasts. In order to suffice our flavors and unique taste we greatly value our relationships with suppliers. When feeling the need, visiting dairy farms to find the best cheese or picking a tomato directly from its branch is what we do. The sweet rush in a fish market early in the morning only gives us more happiness, just as the trail we pursue for the smell of fresh coffee brings us tranquility. We work tirelessly day and night in every phase of the kitchen to make ourselves content, thus aiming to yield even more content customers.
